To activate, simply soak for 15 minutes or more. The cooling beads will transform into an inflated gel form and will remain active for hours. The longer you soak, the more the cooling beads will swell in their gel form and the longer they will remain active. You are in control of how much or how little you prefer the cooling beads to swell by how long you allow them to soak. Soaking 15 to 30 minutes is recommended.
